Tuesday's Morning Report: Warm Temps, High Winds Expected

1. Skies will be mostly sunny Tuesday and the high temperature will climb to 58 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Winds will blow between 15 and 25 mph with gusts as high as 40 mph. Tuesday night, skies will be partly cloudy and the low will dip to 46 degrees.
