1. There's a small chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10 a.m. Tuesday and a 40 percent chance after 3 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. Skies will be partly sunny and the high will reach 77 degrees. Tuesday night, there's a 30 percent chance of precipitation before 7 p.m. Skies will be partly cloudy and the low will dip to 43 degrees.
