Rain Expected, Hinsdale EPS Committee Meets: Monday's Morning Report

A writing course at The Community House and a canceled District 181 meeting are among the happenings in Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills Monday.

1. There's a 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Monday after 1 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. Skies will be partly sunny and the high will reach 87 degrees. Monday night, the chance for rain and storms is 40 percent and the low will fall to 64 degrees.

2. The Environment and Public Services (EPS) Committee meets Monday night at Memorial Hall. The meeting gets going at 7:30 p.m. and its full agenda can be found here on the village's website.  

3. is hosting its Turning Memories into Memoirs writing course at 10 a.m. "Turn your memories into written words, to impart some meaning and legacy to your daily life," reads.  It’s never too late, you can write your story!"

4. The District 181 Board of Education Committee of the Whole meeting originally scheduled for Monday night has been canceled. The next meeting will be June 25.
