Monday's Morning Report: Happy Halloween

Get your week started right with these important items from Patch.

1. Halloween is here and that means trick-or-treaters will be out in full force. The suggests that kids go out between the hours of 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The recommends daylight trick-or-treating only. 

2. Skies will be mostly sunny Monday with a high near 51 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Monday night when the kids are out making the rounds, temperatures will drop to 37 degrees under mostly clear skies.
