Heat Wave Continues: Thursday's Morning Report

1. Skies will be mostly sunny Thursday and the high temperature will reach a scorching 101 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Heat index values will reach 106. Thursday night, partly cloudy skies and a low of 78 are expected.

2. The Hinsdale Chamber of Commerce's Uniquely Thursday concert series in continues with music tonight from Denny Diamond, who pays homage to the great Neil Diamond. The party gets going at 6 p.m.
