Friday's Morning Report: Christmas Walks Set
Get your weekend off to a great start with these important items from Patch.
1. It's Christmas Walk day in Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills Friday. The festivities in Clarendon Hills get going with a 6 p.m. tree lighting at Village Hall (). The Hinsdale walk starts at 4 p.m. and features a 5 p.m. tree lighting at Memorial Hall (more details here).
2. Also Friday, the is holding a book sale at 10 a.m. Books of all genres will be available. Tote bags will be given to all who purchase $10 worth of books. .
3. Skies will be mostly sunny Friday with a high of 43 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Friday night, clouds will move in and low temp will drop to 30.

4. This morning on Patch is a preview of the 2011-12 Hinsdale Central boys basketball season. Head coach Nick Latorre is back for his second season and the Red Devils are off to a 2-1 start.
