Fill 'Er Up: Hinsdale's Lowest Post-Holiday Gas Prices

It's back to reality for many Hinsdale-area residents after a three-day holiday hiatus. Nowhere does reality announce itself louder than at the gas pump. 

Here's a look at the lowest early-afternoon prices per gallon in the area, courtesy of ChicagoGasPrices.com. These prices are per gallon and are as of 1:32 p.m.

• $3.91—BP, 149 E. Ogden Ave.
• $3.96—Mobil, 5802-03 Tri-State Toll Rd. (Hinsdale Oasis)
• $3.96—Shell, 210 E. Ogden Ave. 
• $3.99—Mobil, 8 W. Chicago Ave.

The Illinois average is $3.83 ($3.77 on June 27) and the national average is $3.57 ($3.58 on June 27).
