Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills Restaurants Plan Valentine's Day Specials

With less than a week to spare, Patch has some available Feb. 14 options for those who want to stay close to home.

Valentine's Day is six days away, but those lovebirds that haven't booked their evening yet need not worry. Patch has the local options all laid out for you.

112 S. Washington St., Hinsdale


Zak's Place has a four-course Valentine's Day menu set. For $65 a person, you get an appetizer, soup or salad, entree, and dessert. Among the entree options are lobster ravioli, sea bass, filet mignon, and lamb chops. (Get more info here.)

Reservations are still available but management advises to book now because the dinner always sells out. Service begins at 4:30 p.m.

18 E. 1st St., Hinsdale


Nabuki has a five-course, five-wine Valentine's Day menu for $125 per couple. The menu features several sushi and sashimi dishes leading up to a two-part main course of Chilean sea bass and surf and turf. The surf and turf will consist of medium-rare strips of beef tenderloin wrapped around several tempura shrimp.

The menu will be available from Feb. 10 to Feb. 14, for those who choose to celebrate Valentine's Day over the weekend. Reservations and walk-ins are both welcomed.

Redd Herring will have Valentine's Day specials on Feb. 14 to go along with big discounts on high-end wines. The first course will be a lobster ravioli with vodka sauce and the meat course has yet to be determined. Romantic music will create a very Valentine's ambiance.

Scapa will have its full menu available with specials on surf and turf, and lobster tail for Valentine's Day.
