Summer Is Over: Dips & Dogs Patio Empty At Lunchtime
Two weeks ago, there would have been a small army of kids and moms eating and playing bags outside the Hinsdale hot dog stand.
Another sign that summer, at least in spirit, is over: an all-but-empty Dips & Dogs outdoor patio at lunchtime.
This photo was taken Tuesday, under beautiful blue skies at 1:30 p.m. Two weeks ago it would've been a mob scene.
Sigh.
