Moms Talk: How Do You Keep Your Child Still To Change Her Diaper?

Kristi's question: How do you keep your child still long enough to change her diaper?

I've found ways to keep my baby distracted in department stores and groceries stores, but what I need is a strategy to keep her on her back long enough to change her diaper. Those straps are a total joke. Other than a straightjacket, I'm running out of ideas.  She absolutely HATES it. I try distracting her with a toy, a sippy cup, a bottle of Tylenol—I know, it's bad, but she loves chewing on the end of the dropper—Anything to give me eight seconds to clean her bottom.  Any ideas?
