Mardis Gras Celebration Benefits RML Specialty Hospital
The event raised $29,000 for those who need extended hospitalization.
About 165 local residents celebrated with RML Specialty Hospital personnel on February 26, as Ruth Lake Country Club was transformed into a Bourbon Street hot spot. Guests let the good times roll while enjoying New Orleans style cuisine and entertainment from the Matt Stedman Band.
RML Specialty Hospital is a nonprofit hospital that serves patients with complex needs, who require extended hospitalization.
A Toast to Our Friends is a unique opportunity for corporations, vendors, community members and RML employees to come together to support the needs of RML patients. It is also a chance for RML to connect with the community and raise awareness about the specialized services provided by the hospital.
