Polar Express Trip - Clarendon Hills Park District

All aboard the Polar Express!  The Clarendon Hills Park District's annual "Polar Express" journey will depart from the Clarendon Hills Train Station (north side of tracks) at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4 bound for the North Pole (Aurora Train Station).  This holiday train trip is based on the popular children's book of the same name which was written by Chris Van Allsburg.  A storyteller will be on board the train to read "Polar Express" and Santa Claus will greet families and provide a special bell for each child at the North Pole Station.  Cookies and hot chocolate will be served.  Santa Claus anticipates riding back to Clarendon Hills with "Polar Express" Guests.  There is a $20.00 per person fee for each ticket; babies ages 12 months and younger ride for free.  This event sells out early each year, so now is the best time to purchase tickets.  All tickets are sold at the Community Center, 315 Chicago Avenue, Clarendon Hills. Clarendon Hills residents only, please!
