HURRY! TIME IS RUNNING OIT TO BUY TICKETS....

The HOTTEST TICKET IN TOWN is for The Magic Carnevale: A Celebration of Hope, the annual benefit gala for Family Shelter Service. It will take place at 6:30 pm on Friday, April 11, at The Abbington Distinctive Banquets, Route 53 & Butterfield Road, Glen Ellyn, IL. Black tie optional. Buy your ticket now!

Unmasking domestic violence is the focus of Family Shelter Service’s benefit gala for 2014. "This year's theme reinforces the concept of the 'mask' that our clients affected by domestic violence must don each day in order to survive on a daily basis," said Family Shelter Service Executive Director Judie Caribeaux. "They are putting on the face of the happy mom and the competent worker — while underneath they wrestle with the torment of being in an abusive relationship where oftentimes leaving can be more dangerous than staying."

Rub elbows with eight members of the NFL Players Association — advocates against domestic violence and supporters of Family Shelter Service who will be in attendance.
