OAK BROOK, Ill. – DuPage Medical Group, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician group in the Chicago area, recently expanded its family medicine specialty with the addition of an experienced physician. Dr. Brett Hampson will treat both children and adult patients at DMG's family medicine facility, located at 3011 Butterfield Road in Oak Brook, Ill.
Dr. Hampson is board certified in family medicine with 13 years of experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed his residency at Northwestern University – St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago. Prior to joining DMG, Dr. Hampson worked in private practice in Hinsdale and Oak Park. He also held numerous roles at West Suburban Hospital, including Medical Director of Clinical Informatics, Chairman of the Physician Leadership Council and was a member of the hospital’s Medical Executive and Quality Management committees.
Dr. Hampson is a member of the American Medical Association, the Illinois State Medical Society and the Chicago Medical Society, and is affiliated with Elmhurst Memorial Hospital.
