More About Clarendon Hills Public Library
The Clarendon Hills Public library was founded in 1963 by a group of volunteers. Today, volunteers continue to play a large role in its operations. About 35 volunteers currently donate more than 3,900 hours every year to helping with the library's services and programs. Volunteers from all over the community also help maintain the Remembrance Garden outside the library that was made possible by donations and built in 2004.
