TEENS in the MIX is a "step up" from Tanja Pazou's creation of KIDZ IN THE MIX. This program is created for teens ages 12-15 with the focus on Hip Hop Dance Moves and a 30 minute YOGA-program for Flexibility and Strength Training. In this 90-minute program Tanja Pazou will explore choreographies to popular music with the intention to perform at the end of the session either at local events or productions around Chicago. In this 30-minute Yoga program students will explore different Yoga poses to create a stronger core, a more flexible mind and to balance each pose perfectly.
