 un the Ridge 5K Run/Walk hopes to bring attention to the benefits of fit
 ness programs for youths with ASD.\nHundreds of runners throughout the C
 hicagoland area will join forces during the 8th Annual Run the Ridge 5K 
 Run/Walk &amp\; Kids' Dash on Saturday\, June 23\, 2012. This year's rac
 e is presented by diamond sponsor Codilis &amp\; Associates P.C.\, and a
 ll net proceeds from the race will benefit Turning Pointe Autism Foundat
 ion in Naperville\; a not-for-profit organization that offers a comprehe
 nsive approach to work with families and schools to provide effective pr
 ograms that allows access to communication\, self-management and life sk
 ills\, and development of a vocational path for adulthood.\nThe race wil
 l start and finish at Burr Ridge Parkway at County Line Square on Saturd
 ay\, June 23\, 2012 at 8:00a.m. Accelerated Rehabilitation of Burr Ridge
  will provide Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainers doing pre and pos
 t-race stretching with all race participants.\n"We are pleased to announ
 ce Val Warner\, host of Windy City Live on ABC 7 will Emcee this years r
 ace. Race day festivities include a free Kids 100 Yard Dash and activiti
 es for children and adults of all ages. Our Kids' Corral will feature an
  obstacle course moon jump\, balloon artist\, and face painter\; while K
 ids' Fitness will have an array of games and activities that will be sup
 ervised by the Burr Ridge Park District. Dayna Huor will entertain the c
 rowd with martial arts moves before and after the race to keep the energ
