This class will help to improve coordination, strength, balance, flexibility, and build self confidence, all in an exciting and fun environment. Preschool gymnastics is for children who have never taken gymnastics classes before or have taken one to two classes in the past. The instructor will teach your child to learn and experiment with skills pertaining to vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Age: 4 – 5 years
