One lucky family that purchases an early bird season pass to the Clarendon Hills Park District's Lions Park Pool on or before Wednesday, May 23 will get to officially open the pool's new water play structure on Saturday, May 26.  All pool pass holders will be entered into a drawing later this week, with the winner receiving a private family party on the play structure between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 26. The colorful water play structure, located in the shallow end of the pool, features a stairway leading to a platform, gazebo and child-sized water slide, as well as several spray stations which will shoot refreshing water onto bathers during the hottest of summer days. All pool passes are sold at the Community Center, 315 Chicago Avenue, Clarendon Hills between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.  An early bird family pass for residents of Clarendon Hills currently sells for $265.00, while the popular family plus pass is available for $305.00 for residents of Clarendon Hills.  The family plus pass includes the traditional family pass plus 10 daily guest admissions for relatives and friends visiting the pool with a season pass holder. For more information about summer aquatics opportunities at the Clarendon Hills Park District, please call 630-323-2626
