 program will begin with a FRee&nbsp\;screening of the movie\, &ldquo\;En
 gine 2 Kitchen Rescue\,&rdquo\; followed by demonstrations of tasty and 
 healthy foods for the holiday table.\nIn the movie\, Rip Esselstyn\, For
 mer Texas firefighter and best-selling author\, teaches the White and Wa
 ll families the basics of a whole food\, plant-based diet. Step by step\
 , Rip guides these families on how to take control of their own health\,
  from making tantalizing\, plant-strong dishes to navigating the grocery
  store aisles.\nDemonstrations of vegetarian menu ideas for the holidays
  will be followed by a buffet banquet of healthy holiday dishes. Recipes
