  Developmental Psychologist\, Researcher\, Author\, and Expert in parent
 al alienation.\n&nbsp\;\nThe second seminar\,&nbsp\;Litigating Parental 
 Alienation&nbsp\;&ndash\; Optimizing Court Outcomes&nbsp\;will be held 1

 orney Brian Ludmer\, Legal Expert in parental alienation and the courts.

  experiencing parental alienation\, as well as parents and families at r
 isk for parental alienation.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nThe Children&rsquo\
 ;s Rights Council of Illinois is a non-profit organization led by volunt
 eer parents who share a concern for the development and well-being of ch
 ildren from non-traditional families like their own. We provide insight 
 to stakeholders and leaders on the impact public policies and establishe
 d practices have on children of separated parents in Illinois. We also e
 ducate the general public on the importance of adopting family-friendly 
 approaches to the unique issues facing these at-risk children. Through o
 ur advocacy network we promote the adoption of recognized &lsquo\;parent
 ing best practices&rsquo\; for separated parents and other family-friend
