2. Skies will be sunny and temperatures will be hot Tuesday, with the high reaching 96 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Winds will blow between 10 and 15 mph. Tuesday night, there's a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. The low will drop to 75 degrees under mostly cloudy skies.
