Driver Charged with DUI, Pot Possession
Bridget A. Kelly, 21, of the 5500 block of south Madison Street in Hinsdale, was charged with DUI after she was observed during a traffic stop for improper lane usage at 2:46 a.m. near 55th and Garfield streets, and failed an ensuing breath test.
Police also found cannabis in a purse. She was charged with DUI, possession of less than 30 grams of cannabis, and improper lane usage. She was released to appear in court.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27
Man Charged With DUI
Mark David Kehoskie, 33, of the 5800 block of Washington Street in Downers Grove, was charged with DUI after he was observed by police during a stop for disobeying a traffic signal at 1:01 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and Route 83, and refused to take a breath test.
In addition to DUI, Kehoskie was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, disobeying a traffic signal, and improper lane use. He was released to appear in court.
Woman Charged With Domestic Battery
Kristine DeLagarza, 26, of the 4300 block of North Hazel Street in Chicago, was charged with domestic battery after she allegedly struck the face and neck area of a 43-year-old Hinsdale man in the 600 block of North County Line Road at 3:35 a.m.
The victim, with whom DeLagarza had formerly had a relationship, did not require medical attention. DeLagarza was transported to Cook County jail for a bond hearing.
