I wholeheartedly agree with that statement! I constantly promote low cost spay-neuter programs (http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/spayneuter/) so that pet owners can't use the excuse that they cannot afford it...it is affordable & so much easier & cheaper than trying to find homes for litters of unwanted puppies & kittens. SAVE A LIFE...SPAY + NEUTER YOUR PETS!!
