1. The Village of Hinsdale and Hinsdale Public Library are putting on its first "Lunch on the Lawn" Wednesday in Burlington Park at 12:30 p.m. "Grab your kids, friends and neighbors to enjoy FREE family entertainment," the event's Patch listing reads. "Bring your picnic blanket, pack a lunch and see a performance you won’t want to miss!" Wednesday's show will feature a rope warrior and extreme jump roper. 

2. Skies will be sunny Wednesday and the high will reach 73 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday night, partly cloudy skies and a low of 57 degrees are expected.

3. The Village of Hinsdale Plan Commission meets Wednesday night at Memorial Hall. The meeting gets going at 7:30 p.m. and its full agenda can be found here on the village's website.
