Hinsdale Police Arrest Burr Ridge Man in Hit and Run
A Burr Ridge man was arrested in Hinsdale for driving under the influence and for fleeing the scene of an accident.
On Feb. 20 at 9:58 p.m. Hinsdale Police arrested Joseph P. Yopp, 41, of 708 Tomlin Dr. in Burr Ridge for driving under the influence, driving under the influence over .08 and for leaving the scene of an accident after he was involved in a car accident near 55th Street and County Line Road in Hinsdale. Due to the demonstrated severity of his impairment, a sobriety test was not administered, according to Hinsdale Police records.

I know Mr. Yopp personally and I'm am shocked law enforcement would jump to a conclusion he was impaired. They should have conducted a field sobriety test which I'm confident he would have passed.
