What is the primary reason you are running for this office?
I am excited about the opportunity to help support and drive the continued evolution of the Hinsdale Library. I view the library as having a central role in the community as a place to discover, learn, and share. By working with the community, embracing technology and being forward thinking we can help ensure the library remains in high use and is valued by all members of the community.
What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?
To work with the library leadership and board to explore how to use technology to better serve the community (e.g., easier access to digital content).

This library is part of a dedicated community that truly values what the library has to offer and is willing to take an active role in ensuring its success.

I think all libraries face the continuous challenge of keeping pace with changes in technology and how books and information are accessed and consumed.
