Get ready to shake things up with the hilarious rockin' '50s musical ALL SHOOK UP, featuring 25 of Elvis Presley's greatest hits presented by Stage Door Fine Arts at The Community House in Hinsdale from February 1st through the 10th.

"I can't think of a better way to kick off our 2013 season of musicals at The Community House than with a big, fun show like All Shook Up. With all of the great Elvis music, high energy dancing, and a hilarious new story, All Shook Up is more than just a great musical, it is a wonderfully entertaining celebration of life ... one that anyone of any age can enjoy!"
An uproarious new musical comedy featuring the unforgettable hits of Elvis Presley, ALL SHOOK UP is loosely based on William Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night", and tells the story of a guitar playing roustabout, Chad, who rides into a struggling square Midwest town and changes it forever with the power of love and rock-and-roll. This whacky ‘50s styled musical written by Tony Award-Winner, Joe DiPietro (writer of Memphis, Nice Work if You Can Get It, and I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change) was a hit on Broadway in 2006. Featuring the classic hit songs "Heartbreak Hotel", "Burning Love", "Jailhouse Rock", "Blue Suede Shoes", "It's Now or Never", "Don't Be Cruel" and "Fools Fall In Love," ALL SHOOK UP is clever fresh fun for all ages. The entire audience will be dancing in the aisles in their blue suede shoes by the end!
The cast of ALL SHOOK UP features a talented cast ranging from 3rd grade up through adults from all over the Chicago suburbs stretching from Lagrange to Hampshire and every town in between! “We are thrilled to present a musical that provides awesome opportunities for actors of any age in the community. This is what Stage Door Fine Arts is all about”, said Paula Taylor, Co-Artistic Director.
