Dr. Mira Albert and the Brush Pediatric Dentistry of Hinsdale staff (Cathy Hofstra, Katie Tyree, Briana Kuta, Heather Ayers) were thrilled to be one of two pediatric dentists among other general dentists that teamed up with the Chicago Bears to provide free dental care to underserved children in Bourbounnais, Ill., on Saturday, July 28, 2012, at the Bears training camp.

Hundreds of children benefited from the event and received top notch dental care that included dental education, cleanings, sealants, fillings, crowns, nerve treatments and dental extractions.  The children were able to mingle with the Bears and many of the players held hands during tough treatment or local anesthetic delivery.  The event was energized by a live DJ and hundreds of volunteers, raffle prizes and lots of giveaways.

We felt privileged to volunteer our time to be a part of such an amazing day!
